Know your current health condition and treatment(s) you are receiving
Write down any treatment(s) you are receiving and the names of current medication(s) in a manner understandable to others so you can easily explain your condition to medical personnel. Also, ask for a copy of blood test results (blood type, whether or not you are anemic, whether or not you are infected with infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, etc.) and attach it onto your Maternal and Child Health Handbook.
